College education preferred, 40 hours of DCF coursework, CPR, First Aid, Staff Credential, a plus but not required. Please note, the 40 hours of DCF coursework, CPR and First Aid, and 10 hours of In-Service are required to be completed within the first 90 days of employment.  A Level 2 Background check is required by the State of Florida and Department of Children and Families.  If you have lived outside of Florida in the past 5 years additional background checks are required by the State of Florida and the Department of Children and Families.
